The sample consists of teachers in the Department of Arabic Language, Universities of Baghdad and Mustansiriyah as having master and doctoral degrees (professor, and assistant professor, teacher, teacher assistant) amounting to (141), preparing a questionnaire to assess the curriculum goals in the Arabic language departments in colleges of education at the Universities of Baghdad and Mustansiriyah in light of the standards of quality and academic accreditation. For sheer sincerity and persistence the researcher uses the following statistical methods: 1. Pearson's correlation coefficient and Altaúa to test the two independent samples and weight percentile and chi square. 2. The results show that (21) indicators do not come out of (30) indicators, and concludes that the goals of the curriculum in Arabic language departments in the faculties of education at the University of Baghdad and Mustansiriyah are not characterized by quality standards and accreditation. The researcher recommends the adoption of quality standards and accreditation as prepared in the study to be a basis for evaluating the Arabic language curricula and suggests a similar study of the current one for the Arabic language departments of Colleges of Arts in Iraqi universities as well. | ||
