This study aimed to evaluate the activity of some chemical induction factors and Nano control factors against pathogenic fungi Fusarium solani caused wilting and decay of citrus seedling under lath house circumstances and effect of these factors on growth parameters. Results showed that immersion of citrus seedlings. For one hour in solvents factors involved in the experiment achieved a significant result for all treatment (p=0.05) which decreased infection percentage to 0%, except the interaction treatments (Ascorbic acid +F.s.) and (TiO2+F.s.) which gave 25% for both treatments compared with positive control treatment (immersion of citrus seedlings for one hour with distilled water) and negative control treatment (pathogenic fungi only) which showed the severity of the injury 37.5 and 75% respectively. The growth parameters were measured in this experiment included chlorophyll ratio in leaves, plants height, number of branches, fresh and dry weight for shoot and root. The results showed that all transactions was significantly (P = 0.05) increase the growth indicators, and immersion of citrus seedling with chemical induction factor salicylic acid showed the best result of (51.4, 114, 25, 79.84, 44.99, 46.51, 28.82) respectively, compared with positive control treatment which gave (31.4, 94, 6, 56.77, 33.39, 27.24, 18.59) and negative control were (19.2, 90, 1, 40.65, 23.36, 20.28, 19.19) respectively. Results of irrigation of citrus seedlings with experiment solutions cleared a significant effect (p=0.05) of all included treatments in reducing the infection percentage to 0%, except interaction treatment (TiO2+F.s.) which gave infection percentage of 25% as compared with positive and negative control treatment and negative which showed(25 and 75%) infection percentage respectively. | ||
