Empowering women need to be important in making the change that is happening in the political life and economic, social and cultura , The loss of security failure mechanisms empower women, but the opportunity still exists to correct the conditions of discrimination against women and counting on the state and on the overall development partners actors a lot to accomplish and especially the face of the culture of domination and marginalization, to promote peace and reduce violence against women.
