| The marriage relations and cultural change occurring in the Iraqi society are considered basic subjects hugely attracted and concerned by the specialists in anthropological and social studies dealing with the marriage orders along with its effects on building a family and society as well . The research includes: 1- Introduction that includes abstract about the nature and tasks of the marriage relations along with its relations with the cultural change . 2- The general idea of the research lies in the problem and significance of the research in addition to the goal of the research. 3- The conceptions mentioned in the research are : (marriage , cultural change - adjustment – partner) 4- The marriage Goals. 5- The factors effecting on choosing the partner. 6- The adjustment and symmetry in the marriage life, 7- The factors leading to upset the marriage relations. 8- Recommendations and results.
