| The talk of the town is the talk of the community with all its components and its properties, the city is Kia n with architectural and sociological, economic and cultural dimensions, while the society is a system of social relations affects and is affected by this physical entity, namely the city, interest in the city is one of the best cultural ways to achieve development This is through underline a comprehensive development programs that take into account the new approach in the management of cities, so as to create a kind of homogeneity between all sectors and regions, as well as to redraw the demographic and economic map of the city, as well as to remedy the gap and imbalance between all regions and valuation capabilities by ensuring the development sustainable in all spaces, and this is by ensuring economic and social balance ecological protection and support in the context of sustainable development. The housing of random phenomena in the ancient cities of Iraq, is that the spread of this phenomenon is currently indicating a rapid population growth and urban policy is sound resulting in an imbalance in the system and the system of urban decline development. And show slums in the first image in the form of huts or tin shacks or remnants of buildings have recourse to these areas, a large number of the urban poor and immigrants from the countryside looking for the life of the city and particularly in the major cities.
