Abstract | ||
In the introduction the two researchers dealt with the nature of javelin throw and the special physical power required in it. The most important abilities required in this activity is the speed characterized power. The ballistic training is one of the modern styles in training that are used recently in developing the speed characterized power. Thus, the significance of the study lies in setting a group of ballistic exercises to develop speed characterized power for arms and legs and its impact on javelin achievement among young females. It is through the researchers' attention to the achievements of young female players in this activity, they concluded that using this type of ballistic exercises will contribute in the development of speed characterized force and, in turn, improving achievement. | ||
