ABSTRACT: ======== In this paper the failure rate of the Weibull Length-biased distribution and Extend Chen Weibull distribution which are characterized by Two parameters and Modified Weibull distribution which is characterized by three parameters are studied . Depending on the parameters value of the three models, it is shown that these failure rates can have one of three shapes, Which are increasing failure rate (IFR), upside down bathtub failure rate (UBT), and bathtub failure rate (BT) , | ||
