Abstract | ||
Aerobic endurance is the one of the important basic physiological characteristics for most of sport activation in the training process whether they rely on oxygen system in the performance ornot. The current research is attempting in order that to know the important of decreasing the periods rest between the repetitions for youth soccer players through designing two suggested training programs based up on the proposed chart by fox and mathews, as two work ratios experimented relative to the rest as(1:0.5) and (1:0.25 relied upon the first section from the four area that is specified to develop theaerobic endurance. | ||
