Abstract | ||
The research aims: to get to know the effect of overlapping strategies in the development of some of the teaching skills of teachers at the newly Almtaan and who participated in the development courses held by the Directorate-General for Education through the development of curriculum according to multiple strategies. The importance of research: comes from the importance of the skills possessed by the teacher or the teacher, which enables it to perform its role during the educational situation and assist in the organization and this means that all the potentials and preparations tendencies and some personality traits that should characterize the teacher or the teacher (such as skill, good performance, experience , Ability) The problem: the large teachers setup or teachers newly recruited vary the years that graduated and this may reduce some skills due to bring out the physical education lesson as required and therefore must involve them in the sessions to develop these skills and the important question here, how can deliver educational attitudes the negative to the positive attitudes of educational interactive interact with learners in order to develop some teaching skills that increase in positive education. The hypothetical search: 1- The existence of significant differences between the results of Rating levels of teaching skills to bring out the level of physical education lesson before and after the research groups in favor of ex post assessment. 2-there were no significant differences between the results of teaching skills levels in the level of take out the physical education lesson dimensional and three groups The most important conclusions reached by 1-There are differences in the results of three dimensional Rating aggregates in the level of teaching skills. 2-The group used cooperative learning (learning circles) is the best, followed by the second group (mini-education).
