The purpose of the present study is to design a test of speed of the motor of the arms of the goalkeeper handball using bicycle physical effort Monarch in three stages the time of each stage 10 seconds with rest periods between each stage until the return pulse to 120 n / d has been identified 5 % of body weight as resistance has been tuned to onerous hands as each 1 kg (equivalent to 50 lumens or watts) has represented the research sample guards applicants and young people (police, Kufa, military, Sunni, Salman) by 4 guards for each club and thus the sample reached 20 guard has we found norms and standards for testing the sample was variously distributed on five levels, namely, (a weak 20% - 37% is acceptable - 20% average - 10% good - very good 13.33%).
