(Abstract) This study deals with it the era of Taher Bin Al Hussein for his son Abdullah when preside Diyarbakir and Rabia in succession of ALMa`amoon Abbasi in the political and historical dimensions. Notes were rules and actually studied and concluded the thought and also set up foundations contain institutional dimensions political studies and how the Justice and Equality law applies to everyone which is the basis and the methodology of the work of government power. What are the responsibilities of the ruler against his people and his nation, and the people are the source of authority and work to the principle of Shura he must not be forgotten science and scientists and Surat in their interested with involvement in governance advice and counsel. The ruler`s is to serve the people who are not slaves and work day and night for the sake of their happiness and their nation and their safety. | ||
