Abstract | ||
The Ottoman State witnessed important internal incidents which affected on its foreign policy. These internal incidents, the statesmen control on a reign. It was internal and external policy which adapted by Sultan Abdel-Hameed II. The opposition of the statesmen over increased to his rule. Finally, he was managed to dethrone him and brow the authority within conditions and internal so external problems which are faced the Ottoman State. The bad statesmen policy and they were unwaring of the difficult conditions fact which the Ottoman state had it ago. This led them to many internal problems and external wars. One of these wars was against the Italian in 1911. the Second Balkan War (1912-1913). And the consequent serious effects. Not only did the state leaders make errors in their policy, but, they put the Ottoman state in watton the First World War when they bet on Germany Power and their ability to get back their state glory so significant state which was lost ago. Getting rid of the international privileges, debts and interests which are designed for this and Turkification policy. Finally, they did fail in these goals achievements. | ||
