| The Search for the problem is to monitor the social returns of the efforts of the policies of the employment of women in small projects as a mechanism for the development of women and changing social and economic reality. Questions of the study have been drafted in the light of the objectives from the outset in the form of a question in general is: (How to achieve social return of the policies of the employment of women in small projects), and the fork to the number of sub-questions were formulated as follows: how to achieve social return of small business's ability to Provide job opportunities? What are the main problems encountered in such projects, and strengthen the development of Iraqi society? And determines the aim of the research in the following points: The current research aims to identify the social return of the policies of the employment of women in small enterprises, as the social return a form of indirect social returns that affect the social aspects, and to identify the social return that could contribute to its small industries Women in Iraq, and is aimed at the achievement of social return in actual reality in terms of programs and local projects, and is located search within descriptive studies, the methodology that was used in the search, was a scientific approach based on the social survey, it was selected study sample of women working in small businesses The beneficiaries of the fund to support small income-generating projects in Diwaniyah province was chosen so that the number (287) of small business owners, and research found to some of the results: 1-The results showed that the most numerous group, which operates small craft industries are the age group of 25 years to less than (30) and percentage (34%) of respondents said that the owners of small industries. 2-The study shows that the proportion (37.3%) of respondents said that the owners of small industries, the level of education of a university education or above, which means the high number of owners of small industries with education and means that the study population represented by the sample educated society as a whole. 3- clear from the above table that the proportion (54%) of respondents who can Adhn small industry owners socio their situation are married, and have among respondents in another place that most of them have these projects, ie, making the researcher is this group of aspiring groups that can invested by the state. | ||
