| Abstract | ||
| To determine a better concentration of Organic Humic acid with suitable date for spraying and their effect on growth and yield of Corn. A field experiment was carried out in Mwelha Zone north east of Babylon Governorate in a Sandy loam texture ، at spring season of 2013. A factorial experiment was carried out withen Randomized Complete Block Design ( RCBD) with three Replications ، that consisted of . four Liquid Humic acid(H.a) Concentrations : [ Fo = spraying by water only ، F1 = 1.5 ، F2 = 2 and F3 = 2.5 ml. Liter – 1 with three dates for spraying : [D1= the four Leaf stage ،D2 = The eight Leaf stage or D3 = spraying in Twelve Leaf stages ] in addition to control treatment (traditional NPK fertilizers application ). The F3D3 treatment significantly effected growth and yield, plant height(cm),Leaf area(m)and grain yield per plant compared to the control . | ||
