Abstract | ||
This study deals with a subject of great importance for different organizations, that is (Relationship organizational changing with job satisfaction), it aims to know both dimensions of the study, organizational changing and job satisfaction, as concept, targets, reasons and elements, as well as knowing if there is a relation of statistical indication with in the two dimensions, hypotheses is has been drafted to achieve targets and directions of the study, field information required have been collected using questionnaire prepared for this purpose, the stability and credibility of the questionnaire have been approved, it is distributed to random sample of employees in Technical Institute of Kirkuk. The study found a significant relation having statistical indication between the organizational changing and job satisfaction . In the light of the result above, the study suggested the following recommendations or proposals: 1- The need for attention of business organizations about organizational changing and job satisfaction . 2- The need for organization to make changes to all components taking into account the reflection of the changes to job satisfaction of the employees. | ||
