Abstract
This research shows the political and military situation of Morocco in the first Abbasid era which had led to the Establishment of Al-Agaliba State in the Middle West Arab Land with the support of the Abbasid Caliph Harun Al-Rashid to be a strong barrier in front of the mini- states which got independence from the Abbasid State because these states had a doctrine to eliminate the Abbasid State.
