Abstract | ||
The Impact of Political Changes in Arab Area upon Regional Policies and Iraqi Foreign Policy. 1. It well known that the revolutions took place in Arab world since December 2010 seemed to change all the rules and institutions upon which Arab political system was conduct its relations within Arab states and others. These changes gave the opportunities for regional powers like Iran and Turkey to penetrate directly to internal spheres using various tolls and instruments to influence on the demands of protests movements. 2. The two powers were aiming to export there political models so they can participate effectively in reshaping the future of Arab world. The competition arose between them tend to create new alliances and reclassified the position of many states with or against these powers. The revolutions and competition divided the Arab system into two axes, one with Turkey and other with Iran. According to some analysts, Iraq began to locking for an exist that allow it to invest the anarchy provoked the area to play main role especially all the older powers have been collapsed. The obstacle seemed to prevent Iraq, as many authors focused, were the instability in its government and the popular views swept the area that Iraqi government is closer to Iran than Arab states. | ||
