Abstract | ||
1- The legislation of the adjusted influent discipline law No. 14 -1991 is the most important guarantee 2- The attempt of the legislator to confirm the employment duties is one of the most important, so there are no rights for the administration to punish the employees with penalties that the law doesn’t mention them, and it must restricted with elements of the law and not with as it sees the matter. 3- Define the administrative sides that have the authority in enforcing the law, and reducing the administrative procedures. 4- The administrative decisions must not gain immunity .where the employees could challenge the decision which it is not according with the law in front of the employees court without presenting a complain,so it will be guaranteed as the law assured it. | ||
