| Included the experiment (400) broiler Ibaa in 2000 ( ISA male x Faubro female) day-old one and reduce (49 ) days and included four transactions per transaction four replicates (25 chicks / repeater ) and fed chicks on four diets first and second contain a protein 20 %, 30 % and calcium carbonate 1.2% , 1.2% so that the ratio of phosphorus, 0.43 , 0.45 respectively , while the bush, third and fourth contain a protein 20 %, 30 % and calcium phosphate bilateral 2 % 0.2 %, respectively, and the ratio of phosphorus 0.8% , 0.8% were studied titer of antibodies Gamboro disease in the blood serum by ELISA for ages ( 7, 14, 21.28 , 35.42 0.49 ) days . Were also measured the weight of internal organs as a percentage by weight (liver and gizzard, heart, spleen, pancreas, and abdominal fat). The results showed a significant increase for the titer of antibodies disease Gamboro when chicks fed on a bush container at the level of 23 % protein compared to those fed a diet of container to 20 % protein. It also outperformed morally chicks fed calcium phosphate in the proportion of bilateral titer antibodies to the disease compared to those Gamboro Amomat on calcium carbonate. With that gave the chicks fed on a diet in which 20% protein high in liver weight and abdominal fat , as well as chicks fed calcium phosphate bilateral gave rise in the weight of abdominal fat did not observe significant differences in weight of internal organs Other. | ||
