| The problem in not care of practice for the arm free to tennis team for students, the aims to practice shortening and lengthening half diameter of inertia of the arm free and to know its effects on some variables serve cutter for tennis between the pretesting and post, and Adopted the experimental method to study and design of the experimental group and one on a sample of (10) students, As for field procedures was to test a pilot and pretesting and the process of filming and after the implementation of special exercises by shortening and lengthening half diameter arm free for two weeks at the rate of three units in the days of Sunday and Monday and Tuesday of each week as post-test condition similar to a post-test and get the results have been processed statistically, to conclude that the shortening and lengthening half diameter of inertia arm free to develop some of the variables of the serve and especially the speed and momentum while no development will occur in the accuracy of the serve, to recommend a researcher to practice the shortening and lengthening half diameter of inertia of the sending and the rest of the skills of tennis and other games. | ||
