| The importance of the role that education plays in the lives of the people of developed and developing countries alike where the school is based on the educational pyramid, where you build the emerging which is based in the manufacture of the young - in thought and affection and constitute the most important part of the educational process either research problem summed up the problems facing them when to engage in employment in the sector public and private sectors in order to achieve success and face all the challenges that represent a major challenge for education and its ability to accommodate increasing numbers in various sectors, educational institutions and its obligations to provide all the ingredients that you need stages of education, the study aims to: - First: the construction and application of a measure of belonging to the vocational school physical education. Second, the development of a standard to measure the levels of affiliation with professional teachers of Physical Education. Third, identify the level of affiliation with professional teachers of Physical Education. The research sample included (624) Physical Education teacher in Basra province to build scale sample (360) and a sample application (240) teacher and exploratory experiment (24) Physical Education teacher in the province of Basra The researcher used the descriptive approach either the most important conclusions: - 1 - building scale behavior affiliation with professional teachers of Physical Education. 2 - researcher concluded that part of the problems faced by the level of professional affiliation of Teachers of Physical Education, part of which represents the burdens and problems of the manager and the other problems and burdens of the teacher and other Department of Education. The main recommendations are: 1 - the adoption of the measure in the current detection level of affiliation with professional teachers of Physical Education. 2 - need clear knowledge by administrators and teachers of Physical Education of the importance of professional affiliation with the school physical education. | ||
