Abstract | ||
It came the importance of research to clarify the ways and methods of endurance training in addition to the communication of scientific information to our instructors about the role of each method and style and advantages of this road training and methods used in our research this and may also contribute to raising the level of achievement of the hostile (1500) meters in record time and saving time and effort for the coach and the player. The objectives of the research: 1. Develop appropriate exercises in the main section and through your preparation period for the development of Mtaulp speed and the level of achievement of the hostile (1,500 meters). 2. to identify the impact of the application of style training exercises (simulation) to develop Mtaulp speed and the level of achievement of the hostile (1,500 meters). 3. recognize the tribal differences and a posteriori to control and experimental groups in the development of Mtaulp speed and the level of achievement of the hostile (1,500 meters). 4. identify dimensional differences between the control and experimental groups in the development of Mtaulp speed and the level of achievement of the hostile (1,500 meters). The most important conclusions: 1. The use of simulation in the development and achievement Mtaulp speed gives the user better than the traditional method results. 2. systematic and continuous training gives the best results in the development of Mtaulp speed and achievement of Rakda 1,500 meters as in the two groups of control and experimental research. It is the most important recommendations 1. Adoption simulation method for the development of the requirements of a hostile ran 1,500 meters of Mtaulp speed and instantaneous velocity and functional efficiency and achievement. 2. Adoption of exercises used and the stomach according to the scientific method and manner known to develop simulation runners ran 1,500 meters. | ||
