| Included introduction and a statement of the nature of the problem and its importance and focused on the impact of psychological and physical exercises in some The impact of Psychological and physical exercises in some special physical capacity and management of psychological pressures in direct lift of weight lifters , and through the study of this research in an attempt to influence these exercises in a positive way of weight lifters, through the preparation of proposed exercises , the study aims to develop psychological and physical exercises trying to raise the level of the snatch of weight lifters sample research ,the study also aims to identify some special physical abilities. Included the most important conclusions: 1. Exercises used have had a positive impact in the development of physical abilities of weight lifters. 2. The exercises used by researchers (management of psychological pressures) have contributed in a positive and clear in the development of the level of achievement of weight lifters. for the experimental group. The most important recommendations 1. The need to emphasize the training curriculum based on scientific bases by scientific research. 2.
