| Find target 1. Building measure theoretical legal knowledge basketball among the students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Mosul 2. Identify the level of legal knowledge (theory) in International Law (2010) among the students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Mosul. Research Methodology The researchers used the descriptive method survey method. Research community and appointed The population of the search of the second stage students College of Physical Education at the University of Mosul For the academic year (2012_2013) and numbered (199), while samples search has included a sample construction, amounting to (130) distributors as follows: For the purposes of consistency (20) and experience reconnaissance (10) and the statistical analysis of the positions of the test to find strength discriminatory (100), while the sample application amounted to (55), both by percentage. And methods of collecting data The researchers used the questionnaire and information collection and analysis and testing as a means of data collection has included tests on: scale theoretical legal knowledge basketball, as search requests based this standard on the second stage students of Physical Education College. Scale-building steps Construction steps included: 1. Preparing the initial version of the measure. 2. Preparation of standard paragraphs in its initial form. 3. Scale scientific specifications and included (believe arbitrators and self-honesty). 4. Reliability coefficient. 5. Statistical analysis of paragraphs (coefficient of ease and difficulty, internal consistency between paragraphs scale). 6. Find the key to the patch to measure paragraphs.
