| The importance of research in the subject individual training to experimentation in order to verify the feasibility of this training to develop those physical attributes and basic skills center pivot and thus placed within the reach of the hands of coaches through the delivery of information truth and scientific about this training and its impact on the players and use them as a means to improve the quality of youth that the basic rule is to supplement our teams of national applicants. Came the problem of searching through Note researchers to train most of our teams of young people are trained in the same exercise without taking into account the center of the player and how important the requirements of this center of physical attributes necessary and basic skills so Arti researchers workout center pivot in his training in a way individual training and only the requirements of physical and skill for this center. The research aims to: 1 to identify the effect of individual training in the development of some of the physical attributes and skill of the players, center pivot basketball youth. 2 to identify the differences between pre and post tests for Mjootain control and experimental development in some of the physical attributes and skill of the players, center pivot basketball youth. 3 to identify the differences between control and experimental Almjootain in the post tests in the development of some of the physical attributes and skill of the players, center pivot basketball youth. Has been the imposition of the following: 1- significant differences between pre and post tests and in favor of a posteriori tests of Mjootain control and experimental development in some of the physical attributes and skill of the players, center pivot basketball youth. 2 the existence of significant differences in the post tests between the control and experimental Almjootain and in favor of the experimental group in the development of some of the physical attributes and skill of the players, center pivot basketball youth. The research sample included with famous club Basra sports and youth's (8) players (fulcrum) The conclusion was that the individual training helps in the development of an effective force characteristic speed (of the arms and legs) of the center pivot players in addition to some of the basic skills of offensive basketball. It was the recommendation of the adoption of individual training to develop strength characteristic speed in addition to some of the basic skills of offensive basketball. | ||
