| Judicial proceedings have major role in resolving the issues which considered by the judiciary. the Civil adversarial represented by several procedures practiced in front of or by the court. But in case one of those procedures have been defective which caused validity of that procedure, and thus the court may impose a penalty procedural result, on the other hand there is a way by which to correct this defective procedures, this way of correct the defective judicial procedure will be the topic in this research study. | ||
