| Abstract | ||
| Shatt al-Arab urban is like any other urban with population increase in according with the constriction development stage , as according to censuses ( 1947 – 2009) as a sureness result of many affects such as ; The urban have been choose a place of Basra University during 1960 s period and impartment of economic and healthy level at 1970 s and many year follows it which create the increasing of population from ( 6258) person at 1947 to ( 50750) person at 2009 ,this explain survey cadastral urban sprawler increasing from the agriculturaland empty land from ( 45.1 ha ) at 1940 s period to ( 761.3 ha) at 2013 . The general density of urban at 2009 already increase ( 1145.5 person / ha ) with respect to the general density of urban at 1997 ( 359.2 person / ha), when we compare the genuine with general density to prove that the genuine density at 2009 was reached ( 2034.7 person/ha) about double the general density . The center of gravity ( cadastral and population ) still constant during ( 1997 – 2009 ) because the Basic design of the urban didn’t change , as well as the center of gravity population more from Anduless distract to AL Jahath distract about ( 459.5 mater ) in the east of the urban sprawler both on the agriculturaland empty lands . | ||
