| Abstract | ||
| The present study aimed to identify the level of organizational justice of elementary school principals from the teachers point of view, and to recognize the significance difference in organizational justice according to (gender) variable ( males – females) and to know the frustration feeling (unsatisfaction of the needs) of the teachers, and to know about the significant difference in frustration according to the gender variable( male – female), to identify the correlation between organizational justice and sense of frustration(unsatisfaction of the needs). The current research was limited to a sample of teachers in Baghdad as part of the second breeding Rusafa Directorate. In order to achieve the objectives of current research, the researcher has built a regulatory measures of organizational justice, which will be finalized (26) items distributed on two areas: distributive justice and procedural justice. Also the researcher adopted al Sudani,s scale (2005) of frustration, which are finalized (56) item. After the application of the scale on a sample of teachers consisted of (150) teachers, the results of research pointed that the level of practice of elementary school principals were higher than the average from teacher's point of view, and there was no statistically significant differences due to the variable gender in the level of organizational justice and frustration feeling, and the results also indicated that the level of satisfaction among teachers is high, in other words teachers don’t suffer from frustration, as the results indicated the existence of a correlation between organizational justice and sense of frustration(unsatisfaction of the needs), meaning that organizational justice plays a role in avoiding the teacher feeling of frustration and inability to satisfy his needs.
