Abstract : This experiment was conducted in special nursery in AL-Hilla city during (2013-2014) on budded apple MalusPumila Millto find out the effect of three factors; the first the Budding by two cultivars of apple (Anna, Alsharabi) and the second factor two type of rootstock (Omara apple, Quince) and the third factor spray by foliar nutrition with Floral N (0 gm/L, 2.5 gm/L, and 5 gm/L) and three times,20 days between each time. A factorial experiment in R.C.B.D design (The Randomized Complete Block Design) with 3 Replicates. Means were compared using L. S. D at 0.05%. Results can be summarized as follow: Omara apple rootstock gave higher effect compared with Quince rootstock, Anna cultivar gave higher effect compared with alsharabi cultivar, Treating apple seedling with high concentration of nutrient solution (Floral N at 5 gm/L) gave a significant increase in most vegetative growth characteristics compared to other concentration, The interaction between Anna cultivar and Omara apple rootstock and foliar nutrition with Floral N at 5 gm /L gave a significant effect in most vegetative growth characteristics and the nutrient elements in leaves compared to other treatments. | ||
