Abstract | ||
Abstract : study was carried out at the poultry farm of the animal resource Department , College of Agriculture - University of Tikrit from 1 June 2008 to 25 December 2009 .And laboratory tests were also conducted in the laboratories of the college of Agriculture - University of Tikrit .used 160 birds from Japanese quail bird black color its distributed in cages 40×40×40 cm. The study results were as follows: Reached values of concentration of each cholesterol ( mg / 100 ml plasma ) and glucose ( mg / 100 ml plasma ) and the level of total protein (g / 100 ml blood serum ) albumin (g / 100 ml blood serum ) and Globulin (g / 100ml blood serum ) and the proportion of albumin / Globulin as follows ( 199.78 , 223.66 , 4.10 2.10 , 2.00 and 1.05 ) respectively. Recorded phenotypic and genetic correlation between cholesterol recipe with the qualities of both glucose and total protein and albumin and Globulin closely positive and highly significant ( p<0.01) . While it was not significant with albumin ratio / Globulin . While phenotypic and genetic correlation between level of total protein albumin and Globulin were positive and highly significant . The phenotypic and genetic correlation between the proportion of albumin / Globulin negative with level Globulin (-0.75 and -0.88 ) and positively with the level of albumin and were treated by 0.33 and 0.27 respectively. The genetic equivalent value for albumin , low Globulin and ranged between 0.15 and 0.18 , while the high genetic equivalent values for each of the recipe , cholesterol and total protein and albumin ratio / Globulin. | ||
